Join us for the first annual Night of Lights event as we stand in solidarity advocating for Oklahoma’s foster children and youth. The event is free and welcome to all.
Night of Lights symbolizes the BRIGHT light of hope found when we, as child advocates stand together seeking to end the foster care crisis. This is a family experience with program of inspirational speakers, worship time and lighting of thousands of floating lanterns. Attendees are welcome to join solely for lighting of the lanterns if they so choose.
Currently there are over 8,400 children in Oklahoma foster care and we believe every child deserves a safe loving home.
111Project is receiving donations for those wanting to light individual lanterns in solidarity with those affected by foster care including current foster youth and children, birth families, foster families, workers or in honorarium of those involved in the past.
