In all the ways that God could have carried out His plan of redemption it was through an unconventional family. Through Joseph, we see an earthly adoption of Jesus heralding all being able to belong to a heavenly family.
We hope during this holiday season, you would be overwhelmed by the presence of Emmanuel. The God that is with us. The God that we so feebly and imperfectly attempt to reflect. The God that we see working in and among His church. All for His Glory, so that all would receive and believe in Him.
We together get to steward what is in our hands. For the wise men they stewarded gold, frankincense, and myrrh. From the little boy on the sea of Galilea, he stewarded his loaves and fish. For you, it maybe hosting children in foster care, volunteering your time, or advocating for that CarePortal request. God takes our stewardship and offerings and multiplies them while making us this unconventional Holy family.
Your faith, advocacy, and action moves the heart of your Father. We are eager together to be among those in whom He says well done. Merry Christmas friends and Happy New Year and so grateful to get to do this together with you!
