111Project Announces Staff Transition and Promotions

We are excited to share an important season of transition and growth at 111Project.
Andrea “Dree” Hogue, who has faithfully served as our Director of Church Engagement and Eastern Oklahoma Director, has been named the new Executive Director of Stand in the Gap. For years, Dree has worked to mobilize churches across Oklahoma, equipping them to create communities of care for vulnerable children and families. Her leadership has left a lasting mark on 111Project, and we are deeply grateful for her investment in this mission. We celebrate with her as she steps into this new calling to serve widows, orphans, and prisoners through Stand in the Gap.
As Dree transitions, we are also thrilled to announce the promotion of two incredible leaders from within our team.
-
Ryon Moore has been named our new Eastern Oklahoma Director. Ryon has served faithfully on the 111Project team since 2022 in community impact, building strong partnerships with churches and leaders serving children and families across NE Oklahoma. In this new role, he will carry forward the momentum of church mobilization and collaboration across Eastern Oklahoma.
-
Bree Cruz has been named our new Tulsa Community Impact Director. Bree has been a vital part of our work in Tulsa, and in this expanded role, she will take on direct leadership for Tulsa County — equipping churches, supporting families, and deepening local collaboration.
These transitions reflect both the strength of our team and our continued commitment to ensuring that every child has a family. We are confident that Ryon and Bree will bring fresh energy and vision as they step into these new roles, while Dree’s legacy of leadership continues to ripple forward through her new work.
Please join us in celebrating these exciting developments—congratulating Dree on her new role and cheering on Ryon and Bree as they step into these important positions.
As we celebrate these staff transitions, we’re also excited to be expanding our team. A new full-time Community Ambassador position is now open in Oklahoma City. Learn more at 111project.org/employment
Together, we remain committed to mobilizing the local church so every child has family.
