Dear 111Project Partner,
Even during government shutdowns, our work continues because your support makes it possible.
This year, we launched CarePortal in all 77 counties of Oklahoma. As a result, our state became the first in the nation to serve over 50,000 children, and our capacity continues to grow. We now serve more than 12,000 children each year — double the number of children in Oklahoma’s foster care at any given time. In October, we celebrated our highest all-time number of children served. Through the generosity of donors, we distributed over $80,000 in matching funds, empowering local churches to address needs in their own communities. Because of you, lives have been transformed.
Our goal remains clear: to end the child welfare crisis so that families are waiting for children, rather than children waiting for families.
Amid incredible growth, changes in government partnerships resulted in a reduction of operational funding by more than $75,000. As needs continued to grow, our staff maintained relationships with agencies and churches, trained volunteers, addressed problems, coordinated over 357 community events and continued our forward progress. More than 1,850 agency workers reached out for help because they trust us.
We also recruited and equipped volunteers to serve as mentors, CASA advocates, child welfare case reviewers, shelter volunteers, and we exposed over 10,000 people to the urgent need for more foster families. We are not a platform; we are a network of people who care and can end the crisis even when the government grinds to a halt.
For every $1 of funding we receive, we turn it into $5 of economic impact for families and children in Oklahoma. That is a 500% return!
Your continued partnership makes all this possible. As you consider your year-end giving, we invite you to become a monthly donor. Thank you for believing in this mission and for joining us on this journey. Together, we are building something lasting — a network of care that reflects God’s heart for every child.
