Garfield County Possum Trot Prescreen

We will be gathering with church leaders and local advocates to watch a prescreen of the movie Possum Trot. This movie is based on a true story about a church in Texas that had 22 families adopt 77 children from foster care. This prescreen will be a great opportunity to get people excited and raise awareness about adoption and the needs of children in Foster Care in our nation.

If you know someone who works with children and families in crisis, gift them a ticket! This is our opportunity to impact the world with what mobilizing the local churches in every community can do to change the world for a child without a family!  Based on the true story of how Reverend Martin and his wife, Donna Martin, in their small Bennett Chapel church of Possum Trot, East Texas, were able to help 77 of the most difficult-to-place children become adopted by 22 families. This is a pre-screening opportunity for community leaders, church leaders, and child advocate workers to see the movie, helping spread the word and booking theaters in advance.
