Hey, all! Come join the OKDHS, the Church, and community members at the LeFlore County Community Gathering, where we celebrate what we have done, discuss what is being done, and plan what can be done to end the child welfare crisis in LeFlore County.

What is a Community Gathering? In the simplest terms, this is where you get to hear about what is happening in your community at a very local level and how you can be involved. These are regular meetings of church and agency leaders, as well as community members, who collaborate to support and advocate for children and families, particularly through the CarePortal. These gatherings provide a platform for sharing stories (both the good and the challenging), discussing local needs, collaborating on resources, developing strategies for family support, and planning future actions for vulnerable children and families within each specific geographic community.
Join us for an informational meeting to learn how CityServe and CarePortal partner with local churches and agencies to meet real, practical needs of vulnerable children and families—right here in our community. Registrations are required for this event due to limited seating.
